New Illustration Software from Airas Intersoft ‘AI-iQuote’

Airas Intersoft announces the development of a new quotation & illustration software, AI-iQuote, for release with effect from January 2009.
The software module streamlines the sales business process. A key financial tool when used by sales advisors, AI-iQuote helps them spend more time advising clients and provides a professional experience to clients and advisors alike.

Main features of AI-iQuote that aid the sales process and speed up proposal entry are:

User friendly web-enabled browser interface with simple navigation and workflow ensuring progress through the sales process is easily followed.
Simple menus guide the user through the process with on-line help and advice – all customisable by the Insurer.
Computation and graphic reporting of future values of a saving/investment policy or the cost of risk products with limited input in a matter of minutes.
Customisable parameters by individual Insurers taking into account their specific variables for growth rates & inflation and the formats & content for customer display.
Desktop published quality reports & graphics as pdf files.
Storage of quotes & proposals with simple retrieval thereby ensuring rapid service and retention of key customer data from the initial meeting, and
Uploading of accepted quotes directly into the iGas administration system, thereby eliminating the proposal entry business cycle.

Over and above these powerful features, further advantages of AI-iQuote are the integration with the core administration system, iGas. Here the use of person search and the product rules in the iGas parameter set are fundamental to Insurers wishing to provide optimum customer service and ensure quotations are based on the latest products & charging rules available.
Full synchronisation with the core iGas administration system is a significant benefit to Insurers seeking to reduce operational cost and eliminate error whilst providing a professional and speedy
sales service.
Fully web-enabled, using the latest technology of Oracle, AIiQuote is capable of use by multi-distribution channels with access secured through log-in controlled by the Insurer. Extension beyond distributors to customers direct is readily available.
